Former First Daughters Malia and Sasha Obama have grown up and are making headlines for their glamorous night out with rapper Drake.
The sisters attended a Hollywood party at The Bird Streets Club in Los Angeles, dressed in eye-catching outfits that showcased their unique styles.
Malia, 26, wore a sheer lace-up top with high-waisted printed pants, while Sasha, 23, rocked a black cropped corset with loose cargo pants.
Their mother, Michelle Obama, has spoken about the challenges of raising her daughters in the White House. “They had to learn how to handle attention politely and build their own lives without letting it consume them,” she said.
Malia and Sasha have navigated their lives after the White House with ease. Malia graduated from Harvard in 2021 and made her film debut at the Sundance Film Festival in 2024.
Sasha graduated from the University of Southern California in 2023 with a degree in sociology. The sisters now live together in Los Angeles.
Their night out with Drake was a rare public appearance. The rapper has expressed admiration for the Obama family and even hopes to play Barack Obama in a biopic.
Barack Obama has given Drake his seal of approval, saying, “Drake seems to be able to do anything he wants…my daughters, Malia and Sasha, would be just fine with it.”
The Obama sisters’ friendship and confidence shine through in their public appearances. As Michelle Obama puts it, “It feels good to know they find comfort sitting at a kitchen table with each other.”
