Andrea Ivanova, a 25-year-old influencer from Sofia, Bulgaria, has been making headlines for her extensive plastic surgery transformations. In 2020, she gained recognition for having the world’s biggest lips, after spending £8,000 to quadruple their size.
Andrea’s journey began in 2018, and she has since undergone numerous lip fillers, totaling over 34 injections. Despite her doctors’ warnings that further procedures could be fatal, Andrea is determined to continue her quest for bigger lips.

Recently, Andrea revealed her new goal: to achieve the world’s biggest cheekbones. She has already undergone four hyaluronic acid injections in her cheekbones and plans to have two more procedures within the week.
Andrea’s desire for a more prominent look has led her to spend nearly £1,600 on various procedures. While her family may not approve of her new look, Andrea is confident in her choices and refuses to let negative comments bring her down.

“I don’t worry about people’s comments, as I have my own taste and views on beauty – I follow them strictly,” Andrea said. “Each person should satisfy themselves without fearing or worrying about the opinion of others because the meaning of life is to be happy.”
