When a farmer introduced a new rooster to his flock, he expected the usual—a bit of crowing, some fertilized eggs, and maybe a little extra energy. What he got was far beyond his expectations.
Within hours, the young rooster had mated with every single one of the farmer’s 150 hens—twice. By the next morning, the rooster had expanded his conquests to include turkeys, ducks, and, in a bold move, even the cow. The farmer was equal parts impressed and worried.
Later, the farmer found the rooster sprawled out in the yard, seemingly lifeless, with vultures circling above. Shaking his head, the farmer sighed, “Well, you brought this on yourself, you little Casanova.”
Just then, the rooster peeked open one eye, raised a wing, and whispered, “Quiet… I’m about to get another one.”
